i'd go immediately to the livechat mob - they'll tell you how to go about not only reporting her behaviour, but what recourse you have re negative feedback, getting your money back etc. i seriously doubt she'll part with the pram for you now - all they can really do is cancel the listing and hope that she is desperate enough to hand it over for the $40 you paid for it - by the sounds of it, she won't though

well it seems the plot thickens,
i have contacted ebay and contact the trust ppl via email. But in doing that that doesn't force the lady to sell me the item.
No i am not allowed to contact the current bidder that is not allowed.
Yes the seller is in breach but i get this feeling all they can do is unregister her nothing more.
She has not excepted payment yet in paypal ... oh well ...:rolleyes:at least thats one thing working for me.
She has tho canceled the transaction between me and her so that then free's me up to buy something else as she sorta has now taken the obligation for em to buy through her and thrown it away.
I will continue to make my point with her through ebay i wont email her back as there is no point if she has canceled the transaction and yes this is against ebay policy but as i have been informed nothign they can do about it now nor can they force her to complete the transaction.
oh gosh:wall: all i wanted was a blinking neat and tidy cheap nice clean looking pram anyone here got on in the caboolture area they dont want ?
How frustrating! Hopefully eBay deregister her so she can't sell it to anyone else either. Definitely don't send any emails off to her, she may change her mind after being told off by eBay and you don't want any nastiness between the two of you!
I think she's dreaming if she thinks she can get any more for a Baby Love pram! Has she started the new auction with a higher starting bid?

I bought three prams (at different times and for different people) including a double pram off e-bay all for less than $10 each. Each seller was fine when i picked the item up.
I would be annoyed with e-bay too. How can they let the same person sell the item again, when the first buyer wants it and has paid for it?
i agree thats why i havnt emailed her, na she started it at 20 again yeah i thought same thing 40 was a good price. Its not a mclaren or anything.:

i had a problem w a seller, i paid thru paypal but didnt get the item till much later. basically she sent it to the wrong address but then resent it. anyway, i waited and waited and when it didnt arrive (it finally arrived 2 mths later)i contacted paypal and raised a dispute. they disabled her account so she couldnt do any transactions. maybe you could do that?
i found the ebay chat ppl to be very neutral, not much help. they just point you to the direction.

OMG! I cant believe that! You poor thing :hug: If ebay doesn't do anything I hope Karma bites her in the behind and she gets a lower price than what the auction you won went for.
I would maybe write her an email just saying that you are shocked to see the item relisted as you hadn't withdrawn from the agreement.
How much reputation does she have on ebay?? IS she new to it and not understand the terms and conditions of being a seller?

omg how freaking rude!! I would be contacting Paypal too. They might be able to serve her stupid butt some punishment for that. Ebay CAN do something, I would email them again stating all the facts, that you brought the pram, you paid for the pram, she email asking for more money AND relisted the item. Then cancelled the transaction because she wanted to sell it for more. That is against the rules, she is breaking HEAPS there so they SHOULD do something. I would definately email the again.

This is odd, she wanted more than $40 for it, and relisted it lower. If $40 wasn't enough, she should have relisted it at $40.
Don't get me wrong, I'd be pee'd off if she did this to me!

yeah i understand, im just figuring its a loss but as long as she doesn't except paypal payment for it thats fine, the world has a funny way of sorting its self out. Paypal are involved and so is ebay now and i will continue that as i would hate for her to do that to someone else too.:

What size pram are you after? I have a Graco pram which I am thinking of retiring and would be happy to pass on. It's not a lightweight stroller type thing though. I'll PM you a link to a similar product, but mine's the 2004/5 model.:
I sold my daughter's pram on Ebay ... but i had the sense to start the bidding at the lowest price i was hoping to receive ... lucky i did just that as i had only one bidder ... and it was a happy ending for both parties ;)
You are entitled to the pram ... this is the Seller's own fault in not thinking about the risks involved if they started the bid at $40 and that they wanted more.
