Even DH has been asking what happened. I'd mentioned it to him the other night when we bought something on ebay, and he started to get all revved up saying how that it is agains rules and there should be big consequences for that seller.
well ebay asked me to cancel paypal payment how ever in trying to do this i learnt ya cant cancel a paypal payment enless they are a unregistered user. BUT after 30 days if unclaimed, paypal will put back in my account. After emails to ebay they asked for additional info, like can i send a copy of the sorce of the email she had sent me plus forward it on with all the headers. i did this to find that ebay has now looked into the situation and has done one of 3 things. and i quote.....
"Our actions may include issuing a warning, temporary or indefinite suspension, or terminating the membership. "
oh and i just looked seems like the bidder has retracted thier bid and item didnt sell for the 20 she listed for. No she didnt relist it either.
anoying thing is she canceled transaction so i cnt even leave feedback!

the most annoying thing si she mayas well have just gotten away with it what good is just a warning as im sure she didnt become de-registered or suspended. NOT ON is it oh well doesnt matter Some one said they had one for me anyhow said she has a pram for me any how thank god!:

Could you perhaps buy one from new zealand ebay so that you don't have to cart it over there? Could someone pick it up and store it for you?
PITA about the ebay fraud and I hope it all works out for you and karma craps on her :lol:
