Hmmm. My mum is a teacher, so I'm biased by what she's told me. but there was an interesting article in the Sunday telegraph this morning (I know, Iknow, but I like my journalism sprinkled with tabloid ) stating that the exodus has already begun. Parents are already pulling kids from the poorer performing schools to the 'better' ones. So the balance is already going out of whack- the better performing students will flock to the better schools, and the divide will become greater.
