    Unhappy argh...

well i had surgery at the end of july (lap and hyst and d&c) i had been on depot for a year and finish just before my surgery.

i have gotten AF for the first time since surgery and i feel like cr@p.
the day leading up to it i felt like i was gettin the flu. all i did was sleep and get headache. i havent got full on AF just very light.

i was just wondering is it normal for me to feel like i have been hit by a truck or am i just coming down with something else. also is it normal to still have pain even thou they cut it out.. cause i still have really bad pain??

sorry but i only just got diagnosed so still try to work this stupid disease out

Ashli - sorry to hear you are still experiencing pain after your lap.

My endo pain improved dramatically after my lap and I held it at bay for quite a while afterwards by eating well and exercising (sounds easy I know but it really did help!). I found a book called "Endometriosis and Other Pelvic Pain" by Dr Susan Evans to be really, really good in detailing endo and ways you can manage the pain without the drugs.

Good luck, I hope things improve for you

im on morphine at home oramorph and mst(long release morphine tablets) i have been in and out for over 2 years last time i was admitted the diamorphine didnt have any effect so they had to give me ketamine and that worked. you are only a year younger than me so i really do sympathise.

they have suspected endo but they can't do a lap as iv got too much scarred tissue as it is and it would cause more.xx
