I actually had one burst just before i fell preg, with ds3, I cant really help you with getting it along, but i do remember the pain and it was worst then contractions.. i couldnt move and ended up in hospital, it can be quiet dangerous, have you considered going down to a medical centre?
maybe they could give you pain relief, they gave me a light sedative, due to being awake for 38 hrs in pain and also pain relief..
