Hi girls
Where there's hope: That is a good decision. I hope you can find some answers through the blood tests and the U/S.
I started takeing 100mg of B6 last Nov and in Dec/Jan I fell preg so I hope the same happens for you :goodluck2:
Deevine : Congrats :happyforyou: I was told 17 years ago that I wouldn't have a baby of my own. Well it took alot of hormonal treatments and laps and still no baby. Then "BANG" out of the blue it happened. I couldn't believe it and it took along time to sink in. I hope you have a problem free pregnancy and a healthy/happy baby.
By the way I had/have pain and I think it is from the endo etc stretching as my uterus stretches.
Take care

Hi Chris
Well, since speaking to you last I have been in the doldrums. Bled on Day 8 and Day 9. No reason given at US. Have narrowed it down to hormones or endo on my RH ovary or follicle. Day 9 ultrasound showed no follicles at all on RH ovary which has freaked me out (all on LH one). So, unless I have low Day 22 Prog I am going to do a Lap and Hyst next month. Still going to give TTC a shot this month.
Sounds like B6 agrees with you. Still not sure if I should take as much (was on 100 like you but cut back to 75) as that as my overall cycle is a nice length and I don't want to mess with it too much.
Glad your pregnancy is continuing to come along nicely and I hope the MS and pain is over soon for you:)
-
Hi, Where there's hope
It could be your hormones as alot of women have probs with there hormones after a m/c.
Vitamin B6 is thought to help conception and in pregnancy. Google Vitamin B6 conception. It is very interesting. I don't think it will mess with your cycle length.
I haven't been well, I even had to go to the local hosp Del suit.
Take care

Oh Chris, i really hope things get better for you soon. It's such big moment in our lives and with that comes fear and joy, all mashed together!
I do remember having pain with my pregnancy as things started stretching and bumping, particularly when i got swift kicks in the endo direction (ie right ovary...). but from what you are saying these pains must be pretty bad. my thoughts are with you at this time and i hope and pray all will get better soon!
take care

Chris
I was so sorry to read your message just now and learn that you have been in pain and in hospital. You are a healthy and deserving woman. I know you will get through this. Every day that goes by your baby is getting bigger and stronger. Please keep us updated. I have my fingers crossed for you!::hug:

Thank you Clare and Where there's hope,
At the moment every day is a bit of a struggle but I take it in my stride as I can't wait to see this little Pip and hold her in my arms (yes I think we have a pinky). When it really gets bad I lay down and try and picture (in my mind) holding my precious little bundle in my arms. Everything I go through is a part of the road I have to travel, every pregnancy is different, this one is just full bumps and turns.
I hope everyone is well.
Take care

Hi Ladies!
Thought to jump on to see how everyone was going. it's been awhile since we heard from eachother.
Chris: I hope that things are going well with you and bubs. you guys have been in my thoughts. big  to you both and even bigger belly rubs!
AFM: things are travelling pretty ok. AF is a little sporadic (the last cycle was 5 weeks!!). but there was virtually no pain, which is a first in a long time. still unhappy that it lasts for so long though.
Anyway not much else to report, just popping in to say to hi!

Hi girls
Clare - I'm getting there, I've been told that I have an Irritable Uterus (I keep getting contractions) I am up at the Hosp often with them. Registrar told me to take Bascopan to slow/stop them (sometimes works) but yesterday Head Dr said not to take it. I would rather not take it as I don't know if it can affect the baby. Plus I already take heap of pills.
Lucky you to have less pain with AF. Are you breast feeding?? I hope it don't get worse, you never know the pregnancy might have helped the endo. Well you can wish!!!!! Hopefully your cycle will work itself out and the pain will stay away.
How is everyone else???
Cheers
Chris

Hi Clare and Chris.
Clare: Good to hear that you have little pain. Hopefully it stays away and your AF sorts itself out!
Chris: You seem to be having a really hard time with this pregnancy. Wouldn't it be nice to have a 'normal', no problem pregnancy?! It sucks that you have to go through this.
AFM, I'm just over 9 weeks and spent last thur and fri at the emergency department due to bleeding. I had an ultrasound and everything looked fine, and my HCG was like 200,000 or something. That put my mind at rest a little. Then come monday, I had more bleeding, and now i've had more today. :(
Getting a little fed up with everything. I've had crampy period like pain (well not like my normal full on period pain). I still feel sick and still have sore bb's, so thats a good sign. It just feels like i'm in limbo. Like I can't get excited yet incase something goes wrong. Such a bizzare place to be in. I've got an appointment with the early pregnancy assessment clinic tomorrow for an ultrasound, so hopefully everything will be fine. :crossfingers:

Hi Chris and D!
Thanks for the well wishes! i was pretty stoked with ol' AF this cycle, as the last 2 were horrendous.
Chris: here's sending you loads of . i can only imagine the tiredness (physical and emotional) that you must be feeling. it sounds as though you have got good monitoring happening though, so at least there is some sort of a silver lining!
D: oh wow! 9 weeks already! how the time flies. I am sorry that it has been a stressful time for you. here's sending loads of :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: and also some big fat  i hope the appointment has gone well today and that bubs is kicking back and relaxing in there!
-
Chris - I know too well how much of a pain an irritable uterus is. You poor thing but one positive I found was given all the contracting I did for the last 8 weeks I had a very fast and easy labour - here's hoping some good come of it for you too. Take Care.
D - Congrats on the pg, sending you lots of sticky vibes.
Big hello to everyone else, hope your endo is behaving itself.
I have some good news. We are expecting again. Early days but Hamish will be a little 'big' brother in March next year. About a 17 - 18 month gap. Yep I'm crazy I know but if this does get rid of the endo for once and all nothing will - lol.
Hope you are all well,
Cindy

BTW we LOVE crazy! LOL!

Dear Mumszword:
i just joined your forum to be comforted and hopefully you or some other of your friends can assist me. I recently had a laparoscopy to diagnose lower abdominal and associated pains on the right side from ovulation through menstruals but it found nothing abnormal and it was suggested to be more related to bladder or colon problems. My concern though is that although i was feeling the pain on the right side, i received a cut in the bellybutton (navel) and to my left side. Is this normal? or was the wrong side (left) investigated? Has anyone been given these results and later found that it was related to one of the 2 organs mentioned above?
Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks

Hi girls
Tashechann - The problem with endo is that it can be so small the naked eye can not see it and if they did a scrap they could've scraped in the wrong place. I have read case stories on this. Sorry I can't help with the other stuff.
Dee - I had alot of pain in the first tri and into the second. At 16-22 weeks I had bleeding. As you can see little Pip is still snugg and safe. I hope it all settles down soon. how did the US go?? Your ticker is still going so I'll take that as a positive sign.
Cindy - Congrats!!! I have 20 months between my 2 and it can be fun. I will have a 3yr gap between Pip and DS /5yr between DD and Pip. So this will be interesting on how they include Pip into their play. Any how I hope you have a perfect pregnancy
Cassius - How are you going??? I hope AF keeps being good to you. I know I am not looking forward to her visiting me again . But it normaly takes a few months after a birth for her to show her horrible side to me.
AFM - I am still hanging in there. Pip is doing well, I had a scan this week and got to look at her in 4D and that was amazing. She has a big head (over the 95th percentile on the chart). So I am not looking forward to the birth as much now . I was in hosp with high BP and protein in urine a few weeks ago so I am on more pills (that make me sooooooo tired). While I was in hosp I got a day of irritable uterus and I had an baby ecg and seen how Pip's HB went up when I had a contraction.
Take care
Chris

Hi Chris!
So good to hear from you! and great news that Pip is staying put! also, pretty exciting about the 4D scan! i wish i had some done with DD! maybe if we go again, i'll get some done!
ouch about the head! LOL! luckily they are a bit squishy during the birth! how exciting! i can't wait to read your birth announcement (not long now!!).
big hugs

Hi Ladies,
Joel's girl - thanks
Chris,
Wow... look at your ticker go!!
My u/s went well, I got to see a little alien, and got good results for the downs and trisomy numbers. Since then, i've been feeling less and less pregnant. m/s has gone (touch wood!) and i'm not soo tired anymore (although, getting up 3 times a night to pee isn't fun).
I've had some pain the last couple of weeks though. Its scary, cause its the kind of pain that i'd get before my period, that really achy, wavy pain in the uterus region (not quite sure exactly where my uterus is sitting right now though. lol.) I feel it is the endo, and with everything moving and stretching, its just being a nasty bi@tch.
I had the tiniest amount of red spotting yesterday... I rang the hospital today, and the midwife was like its nothing. I love it how things are dismissed soo easily. I'm A neg blood group and was told by the early pregnancy assesment centre that any bleeding after 12 weeks would require another Anti-D shot as the one I had at 8 weeks wouldn't cover me. But this midwife said I didn't need it. Its soo hard to know what to do. :wall:
Sorry for the rant ladies.... feeling very hormonal today! Want to bite all the customers heads off!! lol.
How's everyone else traveling?
Dee

Hi D!
I would definitely press the point home with hospy again. gather all your pregnant lady crazy juice (wish i still had some of it actually!) and vent and rage until you get noticed.
all the ouchie stretching pain i think takes on a whole new level for us girls with endo. i remember sometimes having the breath taken away from me when things got really active down there. and going by your ticker it sounds about the right timing as bubs really starts packing it on from here on in...
also, i remember that when the kicking started and when she engaged at 35 weeks, that the pains were quite 'interesting' as she had a knack for knowing where the endo was! LOL!
I hope that you get a more sympathetic ear the hospy next time, or at least some big fat  from a loved one!
take care xx
