Hi new to this site not sure what im doing! found it looking for information on adenomyosis? noticed there is a few of you out there that suffer from it so was hoping that someone could give me some info on what they go through! finding it hard feeling really alone.

Im only 28 and was diagnosed 7 months ago i have had symptoms since about the age of 19 but got no answers till i finally got laposcophy and was told adno.
i was lucky and had 2 children in my early 20s i know thats young but so glade that i did took 12 months with my second to fall pregnant trying for a 3rd been 5 months so fingers crossed it works!

Anyway my symptoms seem to just keep getting worse feel like a bit of a hypercondreact! pain in really bad before and after period at worse during ovulation im exhausted most of the time worse before my period get nauseas different times of month and my hormones are a bit crazy!

Can someone tell me is this normal ? feel like im going crazy???????
My poor husband im not much fun to live with!!
