Has anyone on clomid made a lifestyle/health change which resulted in BFP?

I'm looking for any lifestyle tips and recommendations on Vitamins, diet etc that complement 100mg Clomid in regard to ovulation and conception.

I've just done a 50mg cycle of Clomid and the CD21 blood test indicated I hadn't ovulated. The fact I have two toddlers (3 and 18 months) is testament that I "can" ovulate - at least I could in March 2009 (DS2 conceived naturally). My eggs and body are obviously two years older now ...

I already take Royal Jelly capsules and a multivitamin, and in the last couple of days I've boosted my vitamin B intake. I'm now thinking of cutting coffee out. I'm not overweight, though I could definitely exercise more and could happily lose 5kg. I also eat a fair bit of gluten and a have a terrible sweet-tooth .

Has anyone who has taken clomid also make a lifestyle change which resulted in a BFP?
