Hi everyone
I'm a newbie & I've felt too shy to post anything up until now but I decided to because I wanted to say a really big thankyou to all of you for all your posts in this forum. It's helped me so much to be able to jump online & read your posts, not to mention the many times I've logged on to find an answer to one of my questions when I couldn't talk to my doctor or find it on google!
I was diagnosed with PCOS years ago & have been TTC for 14 months now,the last 6 on Clomid. I've just had my 1st lap & have now been diagnosed with Endo which is blocking my right tube & 50% of my left tube, so my Gyn has referred me to a lap specialist who I can't see until November. My gyn said to stay off the Clomid until I see the specialist because it may 'feed' the endo. I'm wondering if anyone thinks I should ask my doctor about going back on the pill in the meantime to try & at least keep my (PCOS) hormone imbalance under control? Has anyone else had experience with this? (Sorry about the long post!)
Hi Andi But I am sorry to have met you in here. You will find out alot by just reading others experiences in this area.
You don't say where you are. If your in Sydney, there is a great clinic (endo gyn ) at the Womens Hospital at Randwick. Plus there are alot of other GYN around Aus that are great. You could try and find another Dr who can see you sooner.
