Pain during ovulation

hi i had a lap done nearly 12 months ago and had approx 90% of endo removed which was fantastic till about 3 months ago when pain started to return during period and at ovulation. period pain i can handle as ive been dealing with it for nearly 20 yrs but the ovulation pain only started about 2yrs ago and it is excrutiating. im at the point where i dont have to test for ovulation because believe me i can feel it, i have an app with my gyno in 2 months (earliest i could get in) to discuss. has anyone else experienced these pains during ovulation and if so how did you deal with it? at 31 my clocks ticking and i have been ttc my 1st child with the help of a donor so any problems just seem enormous and make me feel like giving up.

I haven't had any probs with endo, but I have terrible cramping mid-cycle and thought it was a pretty clear sign of ovulation. When the Dr tested my progesterone levels though he told me I am not ovulating at all...so maybe u should get the CD21 progesterone test done and make sure u are actually ovulating. My DR thinks I may have PCOS and I don't know if that causes mid-cycle pain but it's worth asking the questions rather than ttc for over 6 months like me thinking everything was ok.
