I know this question has been asked many times but need some help here.
DH(35) has low sperm morphology(3%) and me(31) PCOS
Our FS says our best option is going for IVF and we both are very reluctact about it.
I want to try acupuncture as I have heard many success stories, just want to give it a try before going for IVF.
Have you got any success stories with acupuncture?
Also, can anyone recommend a good acupuncturist in Melbourne? I live in Reservoir,Melbourne so anyone nearby would be awesome..Thanks all!
I'm not in Melbourne, so I'm no help there. I did get acupuncture for awhile though, it levelled out my cycles and even got me back to where they were when I first starting menstruating! I have no doubt it would've worked if I'd kept going, but I was made redundant and couldn't afford it anymore.
A friend of mine went to the same acupuncturist to settle her hormone levels, she wasn't trying for a baby as she already had 3 and didn't want any more. But it worked so well that she got pregnant, and now has a 4th bub
I don't suffer from PCOS so I can't comment on that specifically but I did have a difficult time conceiving my second baby.
I saw an acupuncturist in Kensington and found her a lovely person and an awesome TCM doctor. She helped sort out my body, got me feeling much better, much more energized and much more 'together' physically and I managed to conceive very soon after undergoing treatment. I highly recommend her.
Stella at Metro Chinese Medicine Clinic in Kensington.
