I was just recently diagnosed with pco and pcos after an internal ultrasound and presenting issues such as facial hair, obesity, irregular periods etc. However my blood tests came back normal, which really surprised me as I have severe pms moods. I am confused as I thought with pcos your hormone levels are out of whack too.
