I have PCO. I dont have PCOS though. Blood tests for hormones and insulin resistance came back normal.

My ultrasound said i have greater than 20 sub centimeter follicles in each ovary.

my question is - will this number change? will it get better or worse? or will it always be like this? i'm a bit confused. i know that its follicles trying to get big but they dont get big enough and shrink back. will the number keep on increasing???

my first cycle off the pill was 118 days or something rediculous like that. the next cycle is going to be about 45 days. (i am currently on CD 33 with a positive opk). i'm wondering what the next cycle will be, assuming i dont get pregnant. is there a good chance it will be less again??
