Tampons and endo

Hi ladies

Just read some disturbing info. Has any one else heard that using tampons can stop the natural blood flow? The blood is then forced to travel back up into the body eventually causing endometriosis?? Scary hey. How many of you use tampons and what do all you think??

I stopped using them because I had read that - only if I go swimming - Although it didn't stop my endo returning after having DD

Yep I have heard that too. The recommend you don't wear tampons if you have endo. I never have worn them anyway as I hate them.
