I'd love to hear from anyone who has had success conceiving with the combined issues of endometriosis, adenomyosis and polycystic ovaries. Ive had surgery to remove some of the endo in 2004, but my gyno says that as I've taken no suppression meds it may have all grown back. Apparently my tubes were all clear at the time of the op. Metformin is useful to regulate my cycle a little. I've started some accupuncture and chinese herbs but feel maybe it is a waste if I am still carrying extra weight from the PCOS. Gyno has recommended a Lipidiol flush which apparently is showing success for endo women only, then clomifene to trigger egg release to deal with PCOS.
If anyone has a success story I'd love to hear it, as I am yet to hear any news of other ladies with all three issues.
So sorry to hear about all those nasty things happening to you it must be very hard for you to conceive naturally with all of that happpening.
Well I have server endo and about 4 ops to try and clear it up so I could try IVF they put me on zolodex for 3 months after my 3 op to try and surpress it and it worked I fell pg first pop with IVF but it also came back 3 months after I had my daughter so back to the op table and zolodex and 2 cracks at IVF and we are now expecting twins its a long process if you are willing to give it ago. My sister have PCOS and she has put on a lot of weight because of it. She went on jenny craigs and lost a heap of weight and feel pregnant naturally. I can't imagine dealing with these 2 thing let alone have 3 things to deal with.
I wonder if you try and lose abit of weight then have a lap and go straight to IVF to try and conceive???? im not sure what Adeno is does that make you infertile as well?
