    Question whad'ya reckon?

is this irresponsible.. or am i being too hard on the mother?

Leaving 2 boys aged 13 and 14 (but emotional/mental maturity of 11-12 year olds) at home with no adults over night? (for a period of min 12 hours) ???????

    id say irresponsible.. and dangerous..

i wouldnt leave me at home alone when i was 13.. and i knew how to cook and that, its just not safe, how would they react in an emergency or if some stranger came to the door?

    but thats juts my opinion

I'd say teenage boys are the most risky demographic to leave at home alone!!! Adolescent males are more prone to risky behaviours than teenage girls or younger or older males. Something to do with the way different areas of the brain develop at different times.
