    Healthy lunches for Kinder.....

Master J has just started at his new kinder on Tuesdays 9am-3pm, Thursdays 1:45pm-4:45pm and Friday 9am-3pm, on Tuesday and Friday he has to take lunch and a snack. When he was at the childcare center all food was supplied so I never had to worry about sending food with him but now I have to I"m stuck for thing that are healthy and easy to make to send with him.

    So here is my question...

What do you send with your little one to kinder for lunch?

ANY IDEAS AND RECIPES WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Are there any restrictions of what can't be included eg. nut-free, dairy-free etc?

    My suggestions:
    Vegetable sticks and cream cheese/dip
    Rice cakes and cream cheese/ham/tuna
    Cheese and/or crackers
    Sultanas, dried fruit
    Shredded chicken
    Pita breads/salad wraps
    Yoghurt
    Cherry tomatoes
    Cruskits/ryvita
