just made DD1s first ever school lunch *sniff* *sniff*. we have grapes, plain yoghurt with some brown sugar sprinkled on top, a corn fritter and soy bean crisps, ham sandwich, nectarine and carrot sticks.
I made cheese and bacon scrolls today, they're buttered, bagged and in the freezer :D I also made some blueberry and banana muffins.
Olive I made your balls today! They are yummy and my kids loved them, thanks for posting the recipe :)
DD wanted to take 10 of them tomorrow lol!
We made apple and raspberry pikelets which are awesome! Lime's mango white choc muffins, mini quiches (egg, bacon, onion, peas, corn) and some cheeseymite scrolls.
I want to get a planetbox. they are $$ but i would buy them if it wasnt $40 postage from US ! myabe i will look at bento boxes instead.
Check out J-List, they are Japanese. The post was ridiculous form the US sites!
Woohoo sangie!
Just had a look at JList LS, cute bent box. Think we might need to get the girls one each as the divided containers I have are getting a bit small
DH messed up my plans of doing ham and salad wraps tomorrows by eating all the ham and salami :(. So they are having spinach and pizza scrolls from the freezer, DD1 chose apple pikelets and dd2 picked the mango and white choc muffin. Plus an apple, some grapes an a yoghurt.
Sangie we just made some too, made half a batch to see if we liked them and had to make up the rest as they were being eaten straight away!
I made yummy muffins, is 3/4 cup of brown sugar classified as healthy ish??? Oh and white chocolate?!?!? Makes 18 muffins.
Thank you Rouge!!! Really appreciate it :)

Tomorrows lunch
Cheese avocado and ham wrap, blueberry, strawberry and grape fruit salad, an apple and Olive's Date Balls
for those that have made the balls have you tried using other dried fruit? Do you think Apricot or prunes might work? I have some to use up :)
I'll let you know - I will be making some up with prunes tonight! :)
Novella they are yummy with dried apple, haven't tried any other dried fruit yet.
Dates are used as sweetener and also to stick them together. I can't see why prunes wouldn't work. I added dried apricots in with the dates when i did our, they are yummo!
