    Glass bottles and teats

Does anyone use these? Any recommendations? I have used BPA free tommee tippee closer to nature in the past but am keen to try glass rather than plastic, but there are less reviews and recommendations about. I would prefer a vented nipple if possible because that's what I've used before and I like the way they don't collapse. I LOVE the look of the silicone covered ones, but they're a bit pricy so was wondering if anyone had problems with breakages too.

    Thanks in advance!

I used the pigeon ones with my 2nd but you cant put EBM in them as the fats stick to the sides

I've used glass. No breakages. I used NUK teats with them. No problems. The glass bottles were from Happy Baby, bought from our chemist, cost about $12 but friends who use them say they can be bought cheaper. They are ridged and very durable although i guess you woudn't want to drop them onto cement. I only used them to give the odd feed of expressed milk when DH had to feed when i was out... not sure how they go on a more regular basis. I loved the old fashioned feel of them... I'm not a huge fan of plastic, of any kind.

ETA: never heard anything about not putting EBM into them... sounds a bit odd.

I have used both glass and plastic with EBM. The hospital recommended the happy baby glass bottle.
Fat sticks to side regardless, you just shake it to combine everything.
