Help ~ wanting a natural bug killer

I was mowing the lawns today and noticed my third fruit tree looking a bit sick. I think I have managed to kill my peach and nectarine an dlooks like one of my pears might be falling ill due to these leech looking grubs that are sucking the life out of the leaves.

I plan on leaving the peach and nectarine and praying they will some how come back to life as they are not brittle sticks but the leaves went all curly and fell off

Anyway back to these clack slimey bugs, anyone know any natural (chemical free) things I can use to get these bugs off?

    Thanks Nae

Maybe a bit of garlic and water in a spray bottle?

Large teaspoon of garlic and a large teaspoon chilli (i use fresh from jar for both) mix 3 litres of water and leave for a couple of hours. decant into spray bottle (through strainer or the bits clog up the sprayer) use on all fruit and veg.
You will need to apply pretty much daily though..
