I need to waste water. Ideas needed please.

Yes, you read right! I never thought I'd have to waste water after being so pedantic about conserving it for so long.

We have so much water underground here that it's causing major problems with our septic. We've come up with a solution to draw the water out of the ground but it has to be used, we're not allowed to pump it anywhere. We did think of having a water tank but it would constantly over fill with the amount of water we have.

We've decided to build up garden beds full of very thirsty plants. Does anyone know what kind of plants or trees require loads of watering? Or have any ideas on how to waste water?

Can you organise a car wash and donate any proceeds to a local charity/association?

Rice would use LOTS of water so would be good not sure how easy or how much room you would need though veggies are good, ferns normally require a bit of watering don't they?

Good luck hun, no chance you need or have room for a dam or swimming pool?
