Mushrooms in my veggies, what do i do?

Ok, so i know they are from my compost...atleast i think so. they dont look like ones you could eat...long and thin.

But the trouble is they are springing up all over the place, pushing my little baby seedlings out the way...grrrrr. Should i just pull them out every morning? will they eventually stop coming up? etc etc....thanks IA

I imagine if you keep pulling them out before they have a chance to drop spores that might be worth a shot?
