If take out is a baddie for you I would suggest doing a pile of prepared meals on a weekend to avoid that one. Load the fridge with fresh fruit and vege. Drink plenty of water and steer clear of flour, and anything with lots of sugar. So keep an eye out on your supposed 'low fat' foods, they are usually loaded with sugar, especially rice crackers and yoghurts. You should aim for less than 10g per serve.
Also avoid juices (fresh fruit with the fibre that requires digestion is much better) and softdrinks.
I also like starting the day with a glass of lemon water to kick off your metabolism.
