    Anyone done a spin class?

Anyone done a spin class? WDYT? What muscles were sore afterwards?

Im going to start dragging my sorry jiggly bum to the gym instead of whining about disliking whats in the mirror and Im thinking of doing a spin class.

I did a lot of spin classes before I got pregnant and absolutely loved it - it's such a good work out! It is great because you can work at your own level because you control the resistance level on the bike. Your legs and but get very sore afterwards, but from memory it was also good for my tummy. Now you got me thinking I want to go back to spin!

I recommend it totally! I'm a huge fan.

I'm an RPM instructor (similar to Spin but RPM is the 'Les Mills' version) and I've just started doing it again after having bubs # 2. And I feel BRILLIANT. Its a great work out and can burn up to 900 calories per session. Targeting the legs, hips, thighs, butt and tummy.
I lost all my pre baby weight with RPM after having my first baby within 2 mths (combined with healthy eating of course) so I'm hoping it'll do the same for me this time around too!

    Good luck!
