Blood Test - Elevated Tumour Markers

I got my blood test results back this morning, check up and preconception. Most things were fine and I had necessary immunity to rubella etc. But I had "elevated tumour markers" which they said need to be monitored. I have had my large bowel removed at 25 (2006) so it could be related and Sim going to see a new gastro specialist but just wondering if anyone has had this before? The doctor said I could try to fall pregnant because I'm only pregnant 10 months but I should probably get it checked first (which I will).

Stupidly I don't know, she did mention it and it did have a 5 in it :-/ I was in a bit of a shock at how relaxed she was. She did say it could probably be linked to my history of bowel.

I have a history of elevated ca125 levels which is a tumour marker for ovarian cancer.

Can you call them and ask 1) what tumour marker it is, and b) what is the level.
