    Supplements to help fatigue?

Can anyone recommend a good multivitamin or other product to help with fatigue?

It's been 14 months of sleepless nights, and looks like it might continue for a while yet.

I heard about MSM, but because I am still BFing, apparently it is not recommended.

Iron supplements are ok to take and I find this helps me rather than a general multivitamin. You may want to get your iron levels checked as well just in case.
I also find that chugging down at least 2.5 litres of water during the day makes a big difference to my energy levels as well.

cq10 can help- there's a blackmores one that comes with a gold label, that's the one i've used for years!
I'm with Eluned, it's amazing the difference hydration can make as well, good old H20 is a wonder drug

I take the Swisse womens multi-vits and when I stop taking them I really notice a difference, they definitely work for me to give me more energy and a sense of well being.

When I want a major boost I have a high potency Vit B complex and it has me buzzing all day... In fact I usually am getting really tired by this time of day and head to bed and have just reminded myself that I took one this morning as I was going into town. I'm wide awake even after feeding DS every 2 hours last night! I thought it was all this flooding business but I'd say it is the Vitamin B I use MetaB from Metagenics. As others have said Iron and CoQ10 are also known for helping with energy and a good mulitvitamin. I take iron every day and will often take my multi too... I have CoQ10 in the pantry but I never need once I get a VitB into me. HTH

Saw my Dr today and I have a major B12 deficiency...she said that it's notorious for people feeling incredibly tired, along with lack of iron.

So a Multi with B12 and Iron in it should start to help, and maybe grab a blood test next time you're at the Drs.

Fruit is also a great source of instant energy and goodie for your body, too!
