What are you eating in your meals? Just wondering cos you might need to alter the meals as certain nutrient levels may not be there IYKWIM. Sometimes our bodies get so used to eating a certain way and the change takes a while.
Ok so we've recently undertaken a vegetarian diet - been going for like a week and a bit now, with the exception of one meat meal on sunday cos I wanted to use the meat in the freezer and not chuck it out.
However - the last couple of nights I have had the runs after dinner, and tonight some really bad stomach cramps. I'm wondering if the extra fibre that comes with vegetarian meals is upsetting my IBS - which has been really good since I first fell pregnant. Went from going to the toilet 12 times a day down to usually once or twice.
So would it be that? Or am I a freak who can't take vegetarian meals and has to be a meat eater? LOL
Or could it be that my body is getting rid of all the previous meat that I was consuming - doing a detox so to speak?

I would say that it's your bodies reaction to the new diet. Vegies are much easier to process than meat, which I would assume is why you are living on the loo!
I am sure it will settle down soon as your body adjusts! In the meantime I hope you have some good reading material!
