Just in case anyone can't swallow vitamins

Yay just discovered that natures way now does a preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding vitamin it doesn't have everything but its better than not having anything cause I couldn't swallow it, they also do a mini pregnancy one with much more in it

Hey, good to know as I can't swallow horse tablets either! I do have a pill chopper though and take most tablets that way, by cutting them into 1/4's or 1/8's. Blackmores I-folate are tiny if you can do little tablets like me

Jleigh- I-folic was the only thing I took ttc and first trimester the natures way pregnancy a about the size of the small neurofens (which are still too big for me)
