Cycles shortening??

Since I can remember I've had a 31 day cycle. Over the past 6 months, they've shortened progressively - 30, 29, 28 then this cycle 26.

Does anybody know why this is happening? My lifestyle hasn't changed in anyway significantly so I'm wondering why the change after all these years?

I always thought my cycles were about the 28-30 days cycles, but after DD born in 2008 and when AF returned she was somewhere between 12-15 months when they did, my cycles shortened and my average was 25-26 day cycles, never any longer, so i was really surprised, but after being on the Pill for so many years I didn't realise that my "normal" was that short.

I would watch them for a few more months and see what happens
