    Lulu, I see weights equipment and treadmills etc come up on freecycle sometimes. Maybe you should join your local group and keep an eye out.

    I had a treadmill Lulu with the intention of doing the same - trashy telly etc.. the thing became a "kinetic sculpture" in the middle of the lounge as DH used to call it. I sold it.

    I'm not feeling fit at all in this pregnancy. When I was pregnant with DS, I felt really great. This time I feel stuffed after a 20 minute casual walk (pushing the pram) or I'm out of breath just sweeping and mopping the floor - normally really easy tasks for me. Maybe it's the way this baby is sitting but the belly is definitely in the way all the time now. I am doing aquaerobics and pilates once a week each so keeping it up as I don't want to feel any worse! I've got to get through labour first!

    i would say i feel the unfittest i ever have right now, especially since i found out recently i have crepitus (knee probs) which i'm starting physio on this Friday (apparently it's quite common for woman to get from their 40's onwards)
