Okay, this morning, i woke up with sharp stabbing pains in my left ovary area mainly. I thought possibly ovulation pains?? These lasted for about hmm 10 to 20 minutes.
When i got up out of bed, i dont know how long after, i felt a sort of, pain in the area, but not in my left ovary as before, and not as bad. I thought maybe my body is just used to the pain or just managing it and im not feeling it so much.
I have been experiencing cramping on and off, but mainly when im not doing anything.
The pain had stopped for the rest of the day (or i just havent felt it), but i just went for a shower, and i felt the pain again. But i also felt heavy in the area. Maybe a bit of a swolen feeling too??
I have been for a pap, and a pelvic exam while i was having the pap and that was ok, havent heard back from the pap so im guessing everything is a-okay.
Another thought that came into my head, i worked last night, and for the closing shift we have to scrub the floors(while still standing with a long handled scrubber), and last night i was scrubbing the floors (usually the guys will do it for me), and i think with the amount of effort i put into scrubbing the floors i gave myself a bit of a workout in my lower tummy. I did feel a slight workout pain in the left area of my lower tummy. Maybe that has anything to do with it??
Baisically im asking, is it ovulation pains, is it from my little workout last night, or if not any of those, what could it possibly be??
Not sure about the ovulation pain as I've never had them, but it certainly could be a possibility. I do have ovarian cysts though (waiting for baby to be born to decide what to do with them) and I can't feel them at all. I've had a few friends with them as well and like me they had no idea they had them until they had ultrasounds.
I think they could hurt though if they were to burst??
I think it was ovulation pains, couldnt be anything else, only lasted about 2 days, so i put it down to ovulation.
