? for friend - Leaking colostrum

hey girls, wondering if you could help me i have a friend who is leaking colostrum (well leaking something) that is NOT pregnant~ She said its definitly not a possibility... what could this be?

She should see a Dr ASAP. Any changes to your breasts such as abnormal discharge should be checked out.
It could be caused by some prescription medicines (including contraceptives) or a non-cancerous growth in the breast duct or a prolactine secreting tumour or a widening of the milk duct or trauma to the breast tissue or a number of other causes.
