still bleeding-10 weeks post partum

WHAT is going on, i am bleeding on and off, the only thing that stops it is the pill but if i dont take it first thing in the morning ill start bleeding again straight away i dont know whats going on, i get pains in the tummy as well quite often.
Im so confused
any ideas?

I bled like this pp as well. Eventually it just stopped after about 10-12 weeks for me.

Me too the only thing that stopped mine was to go on the pill and mine was more like 12-14 weeks PP. After my daughter though i had thyroid issues as well so not a bad idea to get checked at the doctor.
