Hi Sammi, No. It is an exercise machine for the legs, it is supposed to work the abs as well. You stand on it and move your legs in and out. Supposed to give a cardio work out as well as toning.
a better way would be to enjoy a walk around the block with the family .. or join a gym where there are classes like yoga ....
you'l get a better body that way and its more fun than standing on a machine . it would bore me
and it works by tension(not the right word but .. ) where as the heavier you are the more resistance it will have therefore making it a hard work out ... which is the point of it ... but it wuld make sense to start off lightly and go on to more strenuos stuff...
