Can anyone help me out?

I had some blood tests last week, and my GP wants to see me to follow up but can't get in till Friday. The blood tests where to check my thyroid, cholesterol and a fasting diabetes test. The receptionist said that he wanted to see me in relation to the cholesterol test and the biochem result. What is the biochem result in relation too? The thyroid, or the diabetes?? She didn't know which was helpful...
