I read it's recommended for them to have 1.5-2litres my dd1 struggles, she struggles to eat her lunch tho and would rather play... Gerrhhh story of my life?!?! I just make her drink a cup first thing in the morning and when she gets home. Dd2 on the other hand constantly has a sippy cup of water in her mouth since weaning!
