You'll love it! You can do as much or as little as you feel up to... also very relaxing! I did it with DS #1 and am currently doing it for bubby #2

Well after about 20 weeks of pretty much inactivity .....
(12 weeks of all day sickness and then laziness/ tiredness the rest of the time)
I am off to my first aqua aerobics class tonight.
Actually feeling pretty scared .... I trained 3 times a week in a black belt fitness class before becoming pg but now I pant just running for the phone
But feeling excited that I've decided to go (even got my bathers in the car so I don't have to go home first!!!) and I am hoping that the exercise will give me a bit of energy as well as help tone my bingo arms and the weird lumps that have appeared on the side of my thighs![]()
