ok i bought my in liven today. they didnt see fast track there so its straight on to it .....
i hope it improves my pms symptoms ..
im going to put in in my diary and track my progress.... i have really high expectations on this stuff after reading what everyone else has said....
so it better not let me down !!!

hey ... i have noticed if i take inliven i get headaches ?? is this normal
Nessa : i found it did imporve my energy .. i felt able to get up and going in the morning
but the headaces were a lil strange !!
but i havent taken it in a few days and ive noticed a drop in my energy
I noticed a slight headache when I first started taking it, but they quickly passed and it didn't seem to be anything I couldn't deal with.
I was taking it while morning sick, but unfortunately it got too much for me (as did a lot of foods) so I stopped. I'm back on it now.
Quick Q - I'm currently taking it in tomato juice - I swear that the tomato juice tastes no different with the Inliven in it. It also doesn't seem bitty because the juice is that little bit thicker. My only concern is that tomato juice might be too acidic? Anyone got an opinion?
I think its only citrus you have to watch out for, but not essential... so tomato should be okay.

Hi. Ok, I've been reading about this stuff for ages and have finally ordered some for my husband and myself (20% discount from the health food shop, helps a bit!)
I am really hoping it does what everyone says it does because it's certainly not cheap....but I figure if it is great it's worth the expense and may save money long term iykwim! Am going to follow the dose guide on here too.
Will let you know what we think....

Even now that I am used to taking it and don't feel the initial differences anymore (unless I don't take it!!), I know how much good it's doing on the inside and I never get anything like thrush these days. I've been on it for over a year, I wouldn't waste that sort of money ;)
Well, last night I bit the bullet and ordered some Fast-Tract. Hopefully it will arrive really soon! After experiencing awful (and I mean awful) breast thrush pain for the last 5 or so weeks, I am very hopeful that I have found something that will take the pain away! Wish me luck and I'll keep you posted....

1. I am currently on antibiotics for mastitis. Should I wait until I finish the course of antibiotics before starting on the Fast Tract? (only a couple more days!)
2. What's the best/easiest way to give it to my baby (10 weeks today!)? Should I use a syringe like the one you get with baby panadol?

Ok I just got my inliven and berry radical today. Just had my first. It has a lot to live up to from what I've been reading!! I'm so excited. Hope it's good.
Wow just noticed the huge price increase for in-liven :( May have to cut down to half a tsp a day now.
Christyb, i take both the blackmores breastfeeding multivitamin as well as inliven and i do notice when i stop taking the multivitamin i feel lethargic too, so take both daily.
Sorry Nelle - yes after antibiotics - because ab's cant tell the diff between good and bad bacteria and kill them all. Just a little dropper or syringe for bubs yep :)
Well, I'm on day 4 and am feeling FAB! Have been feeling like I CAN be bothered as opposed to CAN'T, YAY! Went for a half hour stroll with the dogs this evening at 10pm and have resisted the biscuits and cakes at two social occasions.....so all good here for me so far. Can't wait to see how good I feel after a whole week! DH had said he would like to try it too but turned his nose up when he saw what it looked like, lol. Hopefully he will rethink it after seeing it's affect on me.....I actually don't mind the taste at all, have been mixing it with apple juice.

Thanks Kelly. :) Yay - I did the right thing. Not hearing back, I assumed that I should wait until I finished my antibiotics and I did use a small syringe for bub!!
It's been over a week now, and I'm feeling much better than when I started :D. I'm still getting some pain in my bbs after each feed, but nowhere near as badly (it doesn't bring me to tears anymore, and the pain doesn't seem to radiate through to my back as much).
One question... When I finish the bottle of Fast Tract, would it be best to continue with another bottle? Or do I switch to InLivin??? Not sure how this all works - whether the InLivin will also assist to keep the thrush at bay, or whether I should keep on the Fast Tract until the pain is completely gone.
For anyone else suffering from BF thrush.... I've also cut out sugar from my diet which has really helped too (I cut this out before I started the Fast Tract, so I'm sure it is also helping). Apparently thrush feeds on sugar. This has been quite a challenge for me as I'm a bit of a lolly-junky! :redface: But, when sugar = pain :(, I suddenly have much more will-power to avoid it!!! I'm actually now scared to have anything sweet in case the bad pain comes back!

After suffering from thrush for YEARS, I found your posts on Fast Tract last week...I am 7 months pregnant and I was crying from frustration at my thrush which had gotten so bad I couldn't stand it any longer. I have tried EVERYTHING, some of which worked to an extent but never for long...
I have been taking Fast Tract since last Wednesday and have not had even a mild itch since about Thursday.
Expensive but worth it.

Can I ask how much Fast Tract you are taking each day? Do you have the 25ml just the once or do you have it 2 or 3 times a day? I've been taking it once daily but am still having some nipple pain (nothing like it was though!) - perhaps I should up the dose a little to try and give the the nasty stuff the boot completely??
Great to hear happymum! I do like to rave on about good products and the more that are giving it a go are raving about it :) So great to see!
Nelle, once you are happy with the thrush, I would get onto inliven for the nutritional benefits as well. It still has pro-biotics, just not as much. Yup, thrush loves sugar... but you will be surprised how easily you come off it and how much more energy you have!

I took 2 x 25 ml per day for the first three or four days, but now I have cut down to 1 x 25ml per day.
I can even eat sweets again with absolutely no problems!!
I can't tell you how over the moon I am:dance:....no more creams, diets, drops, vinegar, or painful sex!!
I intend to keep taking it until I have the baby at least......
Thanks Happymum! Following your post, I upped my daily Fast-Tract to 2 x 25 ml for a few days and I am now pain free!!! Yay! I even have indulged in a couple of sweet treats without having to pay for it later with pain! (Which is probably a mixed blessing as now I'm less motivated to keep my sweet-tooth in check! :doh:).

hi I just purchased inliven for thrush the kind you get in your mouth. Im 8months pregnant and get get rid of it its just awful. They have tried some class b medications with no success. has anyone had this problem before or have any insight. Im being induced in 10 days due to so much stress and illness. the baby will be 35 weeks. any input would be great.

Tracy, lots of people have had success with Inliven, both mood and health problems. Hopefully it will arrive really soon and help you hold out a little longer for the induction maybe :) It really does give you a big boost in the first week. If you find you are taking fine after a few doses, maybe take 2 per day if you really need help. I would have gotten the fast-tract too with so much thrush, its more potent than Inliven, just doesnt have the nutrient component.
I reckon Fast Tract tastes like beer mixed with solo LOL.
Just got my fast track and enliven droped to the door, ( NO SPUNKY COURIER HERE:(), how covenient and fast the ordering was!! So I have taken 25mls of fast track to see how that goes. I'm really hoping that it will curb my junk food cravings and gives me more energy.:crossfingers:

(I have had a jar in the fridge for donkeys years but it was opened just after I bought it so I just wondered if once it was opened it needed to be used within a couple af weeks like some things are).
I was wondering whether you can get in contact with the manufacture, it would be a shame to throw it out unnecessarily. Let us know if you find anything out as I'm sure others would be keen to know.

Okay, I took In-Liven mid way through last year and LOVED IT!!! So, having reached thrid trimester and just getting over a cold (BLAH!) and having a toddler who has decided he now has ONE SLEEP a day, I thought I had better do soemthing to give my poor pregnant body a helping hand. So, the first thing I thought of was In-Liven.
I keep telling myself that is it no more harmful than eating vegies and that I will be doing bubs and myself and in turn DS #1 and DP the world of good.:dance:
So, I am off to order it. Just wanted to say g'day too. G'DAY!

Why can't you take inliven with orange juice?
I just realised I got the wrong juice at the shops yesterday, orange and mango. Usually I get apple and mango. So can I not take my inliven with this??
Dee, In-Liven is pre-digested and shouldn't cause any problems, ideally start her on fast tract first and if she has no issues move onto a small dose of In-Liven. Like 1/8th teaspoon instead of 1/4 and work your way up.
All of the juices are fine, Tracey just has a theory to avoid the citrus if possible to get the best out of the In-Liven but it's not essential or not recommended by the makers of In-Liven...

Mine has been opened and has been in there for about 10 months. There is no use by date on it though?
It should be fine, it's on the label at the back. Look a couple of lines under the ingredients list, it's there in black, above the one group logo.

Oooh I'm so excited! I'm back on the wagon! My new bottle of Fast Tract has just arrived! I'm really hoping it will help with the bloated feeling I've had ever since taking anti-thyroid medication. I've taken it before but never had the money to keep it going but with our super duper big tax return due any day now I needed to do it! I've been taking In-Liven but only 1/2 a teaspoon a day... also because of financial restrictions... I hope my theory of "better some than none" is true! I've also been taking Berry Radical... but just one or two sachets a week... very pricey but I really think my body will benefit receiving extra anti-oxidants over winter... as I'm not eating as much fruit as I do in the warmer months.
