Well I think that is what it is, feels like a pimple. It's inside my inner labia - I've had a squiz and there is no 'head' on it but a lump, and it feels sore like a pimple does. It's not an ingrown hair as it's a hair free area. I only notice it when I walk or move ina certain way, but it is sore to touch.
Any ideas about what I could do, or will I just let it run it's course...
It could be a cyst... I know it sounds gross but I get them along my nicker line and around that area, just let it run its course. If you try to pop it, you'll cause bruising that can last for ages and look awful - I have learnt the hard way
If it hangs around too long... maybe get it checked out?
I've had them in the past. If it's not too far into your hoohaa you could try dabbing a bit of betadine ointment onto it. If it doesn't resolve or gets more painful definitely see your dr.
