    Medicare and newborn

    So I have just had to take my two wk old for dr appointments and ultrasounds before he has actually been registered with Medicare.

    Am I able to go to a Medicare office and claim that money back?

    Yep, once you get your medicare card or number you can put your claim in. I had similar situation with ds.
