    My hair is faling out!!!

And its driving me crazy ..

I dont know why but the last few weeks its been everyhere .. In the bath [i hate wet hair getting on my hands and feet n stuff makes me shudder lol] shower, food, washing the dishes .. Even after the dishes i wipe my hand on my pants and then they get hair on them .. I change the kids nappies and what do you know? A strand [or few] of my hair ..

I eat fairly healthy, so i dont think I'm lacking any vitamins, any idea why I'm moulting? lol .. Thanx

Edit: And hat do you know, i just pulled out my boob to feed my daughter, and theres hair .. grrrr

it is apparently normal to lose up to 500 hairs a day, but if you feel it is more then normal, it could be as dianne said, hormones, or stress.

About 3 months after you have a baby it is normal to lose a lot of hair - apparently you don't shed as much when pregnant and a few months after birth all the extra hair you have kept falls out (or something like that)

i'm constantly loosing hair, like all the time and have for as long as i can remember...like excessive amount. but my hair grows really fast too, so whether that has part of it.. i dont know.

I have no advice though...otherwise i would have done it myself =P

When you are pregnant there is something about your hormones that stops hair droppage. It (unfortunately) is quite normal about 3 months after birth to lose all the hair at you didn't lose during pregnancy. It certainly happened to me and it felt like I was losing all my hair. It shouldn't last for too long and then your hair lose should return to normal. I hated it as for once in my life I had gorgeous thick hair *sigh*
