Sometimes I think I'd like a nose job and a bit of a brow lift but then I always think 'nah, I could spend the money on a holiday instead' and that's the end of that.
yeah i know, but i think a nose job or plastic surgery will last with me for a life time, than just a 1-2 week holiday somewhere.
