quick and simple stress busters for when your about to crack it !
id love a list so i can pick a different one each time to help me relax !
today imm tired and cranky , been close to giving DS a smack on the bum and short with DD coz she is teething , both kids will not nap and im losing it ..
had a cuppa but dd wanted some too , had a chocolate with it but dd tried to grab it and eat it , so instead of my arvo cuppa being a de stressing moment , it was a stressing moment ...

so what is a 5min fix i can do on my own to help me calm down ...
i have tried going to the toilet , but the kids always find there way into the toilet and sit a watch and ask questions like "what are you doing " about a million times when its quite clear im trying to POO !!!!!!
I keep a bottle of bergamot body water from the Body Shop in my fridge for a quick air spritz. Breathing it in makes me feel refreshed and awake again, ready to tackle anything. You could try putting some lavendar oil in water and shaking it before you spray into the air for the same thing? Or spray some on your hands and give yourself a quick temple/neck massage? Lavendar is good for calming vibes.
