    Pp chiro

Just wondering is 1.5 weeks post birth too soon to go to chiro?

My pubic bone and pelvis are quite stuff and sore feeling and I'm still walking a but hunched because of it it was fine until a couple days ago but I think all the walking I've been doing and walking different from my injured foot has put things out of whack but I don't wanna go to chiro and potentially cause more damage if things just need a rest
Unfortunately more rest is not an option with ds and dd to look after

I was at the chiropractor the day after birth with my twins. Never too early imo

If you don't rest, you could end up being hurt more, and then be unable to care for your little ones.

Can you call in any friend/family to do your running about for you or to look after DS for you just for a couple of weeks. If not (I know its not always possible), think about what you can put off and what really needs to be done. Set yourself up with a nest in the lounge or bedroom with activities for DS. bubbles, books, play dough, blocks, tv or videos.... whatever gets you through but give yourself time (and permission) to recover and reenergise.

    take care

I went to my Osteo a week after giving birth to DD2 for both her and I. I found chiro a bit too much for me. my Osteo specialises in pre and post natal care as well a paediatric cranial Osteo for Bubs and kids

    Pp chiro

I was going fortnightly during pregnancy and continued in my fortnightly pattern for some time after (currently stretched out to 4 weeks between visits and that took around 8/9 mths to get to that spacing)
