Sore Breasts

I am wondering if anyone has experienced sore Breasts? (besides the obvious...pregnancy)
Mine started hurting roughly a week before AF was due so I was getting a bit worried I might be pregnant (wrong time to be) But then AF arrived but only for 2 1/2 days so was still a bit worried. So I did 2 tests both came back negative. Now it's been 3 weeks since I started having sore breasts and don't know what to do... What do I do? lol. Does anyone know if this is normal.
BTW I never get sore Breasts or period pain or anything before AF.


Any help would be appreciated.

It's probably hormonal (if the pain is achey all over rather than in one spot), but whatever it is, if it's bothering you you should go to the Doctor.
