sudden appetite increase and weight gain

What causes this?
Over the last 6 weeks in constantly STARVING
plus have gained 4 kilos, not a huge amount but in 6 weeks!
Ive had another of people ask when im due quite embarrassing when im usually a size 8 now pushing 12

theres a slight hope fiona. I have the mirena so dont get AF but i have an inkling its not in the right spot (appt wed)

i know dr google can be bad but Meow the symptoms are there im in bed between 8-9pm these days and still have trouble getting up

Have you had a blood test for thyroid function?

I would guess something hormonal? Maybe from the Mirena or something screwy after finishing up BF? Best bet is to go to the Dr.
