Ladies, My nan is going into hospital tomorrow and will be having a Heart bypass tuesday morning
After a couple of years hiding her heart problems from us, it all fell undone one day when i made her come for a walk with me (not a fast one) i just knew there and then she was having a heart attack but she was trying to tell me she was having an anxiety attack and we should just sit for a while so she could get her breath back.
She refused to let ANYONE call the ambulance, but there was no way i was letting her not get help so a few youngist beach-goers called the ambulance quitely for me.
Even when the paramedics arrived she was convincing them it was her "anxiety" FINALLY when they took her away, it seems she was having a heart attack.
They ran tests on her, and have found she has a bad valve- so they will be replacing the heart valve on tuesday.
now the scary thing is and the reason id like to ask you to keep her in your thoughts, is about 8 years ago my pop had exactly the same operation and sadly died shortly after the operation due to a stroke
My nan is the most amazing lady and has been through a awful lot, i couldnt stand to loose her.
So please on tuesday if you have a couple of spare minutes keep my nana in your thoughts
