Im also still bleeding slightly since giving birth.

The pharmacist gave me nilstat vaginal cream and an applicator. Im sure you can work out what he suggests I do with that.

Can I use the cream internally while Im still bleeding lightly?

Edit: when I say lightly I mean nothing more than spotting or streaky cm with the odd small "gush". Going through no more than 2 regular pads a day.
