Hunny when i'm training really hard I have the same thing. You can buy a pure carb powder and add that to food. Add it to a protein shake (or buy one with high carbs). PP was right...not junk food because you'll do yourself more damage.

Just remember carbs are your friend lol. Do you train at all? Also good fats, Avocad, nuts, Olives, salmon etc
I don't really do anything other than walking my DF and our dog Glad you said Avocado (LOVE it!) Thanks

I had to put on weight when I was younger. I'm 65kg now, but was 39kg. I grew really fast and wasn't in to eating and lost heaps of weight.

Go to the chemist and buy some poly-jule (sp?) and some sustagen. Thats what I used. They worked wonders.
Thanks charlotte I'll have a look for some

You can get medicare funded nutritionist appointments, like the mental health plans, through your GP.
Thanks HotI, That wll be very handy!!

Hi there it's your stalker! lol.

How funny I have the same problem. Except now I lost heaps of weight after DS was born as I just don't sit still.

BUT when I was a lot younger, I always struggled to put on weight. My brother got really sick one day and we were all in the hossy for weeks on end and I lost 5 kg which was a lot for me back then. Anyhoo, I ended up at the gym doing weights only (no cardio) and took those protein drinks. I put on 6 kg and kept it on ever since. So I was really happy that I could put the weight back on. Of course as I got older the weight just seemed to stay on as my metabolism slowed down.
But now back to square one, I am too skinny once again, with an acive 14 mo.
Ahhh Miss.B, I am getting quite used to having a regular stalker now I have thought about the gym, but I'm too scared I will end up like one of those body building woman that look realllllyyyy scary I want to walk more, just to get fit again (Got soooo lazy) But it is hard to get DF motivated to walk, as he needs to lose a bit of weight on top of my being unfit

Thank you all for your help and advice, and your own experiences!
