Thanks heaps! Super helpful! Michelle I just guess I have on my head that carbs are bad I know they all aren't and we only buy good grainy bread, but I hate brown rice and love pasta. DH is doing a mega no carb plan that he has done before so I figure it won't hurt. Dinner was salmon and steamed vegies and kids had rice too. Getting there slowly but I lost 600g last week so happy with that considering 2 days were still alcohol and BBQ shapes filled
